Whilst women have a strong support system where we can share our feelings and receive validation, words of encouragement and support, men can feel a lack of this.

Going to the pub with your mates and feeling like you can’t bring up certain topics in fear of being seen as too sensitive or less masculine is the issue.

Ignoring emotions will only manifest as bigger problems. Speaking out loud about what is bothering you is one of the healthiest steps you can take.

If scrolling endlessly on tiktok is the only social time you have after work and before going to bed then we urge you to join a club or a group that is based on shared interests. If all else fails and you struggle with social anxiety and making new friends try volunteering work. Anything to get you out and into society with other like minded people for human interaction.
