Frequently Asked Questions

After your 1 on 1 session we will provide a feedback report on our session, this will reflect on what topic we spoke upon and your takeaway from the session as well as your goals for the future.

We understand that in times of crisis you may want to speak with us immediately therefore, we would do our very best to accommodate last minute sessions just email us at contact@tigb.uk

You can reach us via email contact@tigb.uk  or DM us on Instagram at Theimparialgirlbestie.

Yes, at TIGB your sessions are fully confidential, no data or information will be shared outside your session unless you consent to being referred to other statutory organisations such as the social services, police or charities who can help keep you safe.

We have a team of Impartial Girl Besties that will make you feel comfortable and

provide a safe and open environment to speak out.

TIGB will go through your concerns, listen to you and help you clarify your thoughts and provide our point of view and allow you to make decisions based on the feedback and suggestions we provide. After our session comes to a finish we will endeavour to send you a tailored feedback report within 24 hours of your session. We will summarise our meeting and write words of encouragement and goals for you to read over and keep!

We encourage everyone, no matter your gender, race or background to book with us. If you would like to speak to TIGB about something different or specific, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. Nothing is off the table.
